After integrating Ocerra with MYOB AccountRight, your MYOB AccountRight Cost Centres will be imported into your Ocerra account.


To add a new Cost centres that you have created in MYOB, please login to your Ocerra account, then follow these steps:


1. Navigate to the MYOB AccountRight integration page

2. Ensure that Sync Cost Centres parameter is enabled

3. Click Sync and wait for the information at the top right corner to show data that have been synced from MYOB

4. Click Save



Please note that Cost Centres aren't synced automatically from MYOB AccountRight as Jobs, COA or Suppliers. 

Please sync categories manually once you have added a new one in MYOB AccountRight.

In Ocerra you will find MYOB AccountRight cost centres available for selection at the bottom of the Invoices Page:

Note: If the approver needs to add it, full edit permissions must be enabled for approvers. For instructions, refer to the 'Approval page editing permissions how-to'.


In Ocerra you will find MYOB AccountRight cost centres available for selection at the top of the Approval Page in Notes*:



*Notes is a customisable name in the Custom Fields section.


Cost Centres is not appearing in the drop-down list


To troubleshoot cost centres is not appearing in the drop-down list, please go to Settings - General - Custom Fields page and click Save:



You can also manually add a Cost Centres from this Page that you have created in MYOB, as well as add a permission to edit cost centres on the Approval Page:
