Overview:

  • Configure what approver can edit on the approval page.


By default, Approval page is in a read-only format. However, you can give a permission to an approver to edit approval page the same way you can edit it on the invoice page.


Giving permission to edit approval page

  • Navigate to Settings - General - and enable Can Edit On approval page parameter and click save:



This permission will change the Approval Page layout to the Invoice Page layout. Approvers can still only see invoices assigned to them.

Permission to edit Custom Fields


You may have custom fields setup in Ocerra and you can give approvers permission to edit it on the document.


  • Go to Settings - Custom Fields - and enable what can approver edit in the Can Approver Edit column:

Editing Extension Columns


You may have extension columns setup in Ocerra and you can give approvers permission to edit it on the document.


  • Go to Settings - Extension Columns - and enable what can approver edit in the Can Approver Edit column:
