After integrating Ocerra with MYOB AccountRight, your MYOB AccountRight Categories will be imported into your Ocerra account.
To add a new category that you have created in MYOB, please login to your Ocerra account, then follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the MYOB AccountRight integration page
2. Ensure that Sync Categories parameter is enabled
3. Click Sync and wait for the information at the top right corner to show data that have been synced from MYOB
4. Click Save
Please note that Categories aren't synced automatically from MYOB AccountRight as Jobs, COA or Suppliers.
Please sync categories manually once you have added a new one in MYOB AccountRight.

In Ocerra you will find MYOB AccountRight categories available for selection at the bottom of the Invoices Page:

In Ocerra you will find MYOB AccountRight categories available for selection at the top of the Approval Page in Notes*:
*Notes is a customisable name in the Custom Fields section.
Category is not appearing in the drop-down list
To troubleshoot category is not appearing in the drop-down list, please go to Settings - General - Custom Fields page and click Save:
You can also manually add a Category from this Page that you have created in MYOB, as well as add a permission to edit categories on the Approval Page:
