If you are unable to connect AccountRight to Ocerra by following the instructions in this support article https://ocerra.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/60000667141-how-to-connect-with-myob-accountright-live, kindly check as the password for the Administrator user is possibly incorrect.
We recommend creating a new user in AccountRight and using this new username in Ocerra:
1. Log in to your AccountRight account.
2. Navigate to the Setup menu, then click User Access.
No User Access option - to manage users, you need to have an administrator account or role. Please check this MYOB manage user article:
3. On the Manage User page, create a New User.
Note: Please make sure to uncheck "This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account (Recommended)" under Set User Access.
4. Create a Username (e.g., Ocerra, or another of your choice).
5. Ensure you remove the auto-filled password and create your own.
6. Under Company File Roles beneath the password, check Administrator, and save.
Connecting AccountRight to Ocerra
1. Log in to app.ocerra.com using your Ocerra login details.
2. Navigate to Ocerra Settings > MYOB AccountRight.
3. Fill Company Login and Company password fields.
Remember: When connecting AccountRight to Ocerra, ensure the Company Login matches the username you created in AccountRight (e.g., Ocerra).
Ensure the company password matches as well, then save.
