  1. After selecting all the desired documents, a "Download" button will appear.

  • Click the "Download" button.

  • A pop-up notification will appear in the upper right corner, stating "Files have been archived." Please ignore this message, it is temporary.

  • Click "Download," and a ZIP file containing all your selected invoices will be downloaded to your computer.

(!) You can download documents in any status by using the filter section to select the invoices you wish to download.

Bulk selecting documents

Ocerra allows bulk selecting one page at a time, so you can see what you are selecting. If you have documents spread across multiple pages, such as on page 2, 3, or beyond, here's what you can do:

  • Please utilise our 'Items per page' feature. This feature allows you to display a larger number of invoices, up to 100, on a single page. By doing so, you can efficiently select multiple documents without the need to download additional Zip files.

  • Or, you can use the page navigation buttons to seamlessly move between pages and continue selecting documents. You can then choose to download each selection separately, creating a Zip file for each set of documents.
