Ocerra uses industry-standard email security measures to protect its email infrastructure, including:

  • SPF (Sender Policy Framework)

  • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)

  • Spam and antivirus filtering

  • Reverse DNS checks on incoming servers


Emails are received automatically when standard email configuration requirements are met. No whitelisting is required. Here's an example when requirements from your end are not met yet:


 


Sender Identification

Ocerra checks the original sender information to match emails with your supplier list.

Please ensure that the original sender address is preserved in the email headers when forwarding emails.


Recommended Email Setup

We recommend sending or forwarding emails via a reputable SMTP relay, such as:

  • SendGrid

  • Gmail

  • Office 365
