You can edit statement details and add notes in Ocerra to provide extra context for your team. Notes make it easy to track comments, clarifications, or reminders linked to specific statements.
Editing a Statement
Open the statement from the Statements list.
You can update fields such as:
Supplier name (important if the statement requires initial matching).
Annotation/training, if data extraction needs adjustment.
Changes are logged in the By column so you can see who last edited or updated the statement.
Adding Notes
Go to the Statements folder and open the statement you want to update.
On the upper right-hand side (under Supplier), locate the Notes field.
Enter your note and save.
Notes Visibility
Added notes will appear in the Notes column on the Statements page.
This allows your team to see notes at a glance without opening each document.
Tip
Use notes to:
Flag missing invoices.
Record supplier communication.
Mark exceptions or special approval requirements.
