In the early stages of Ocerra, when invoice volumes were lower, we introduced thumbs up and down buttons to allow users to quickly indicate whether invoice data had been correctly recognised (thumbs up) or not (thumbs down). This feature was designed to help us improve our AI-powered data extraction based on user feedback.
As Ocerra has evolved and invoice volumes have increased significantly, we’ve shifted to more advanced internal reporting systems to track data extraction success and failure rates. These reports provide a comprehensive view of performance without requiring manual input from users. Therefore, the thumbs up/down feature has been deprecated.
