To view your subscription plan, billing history, or update billing details, you will need to access the Ocerra billing portal via Stripe.


Ocerra billing is managed outside of the Ocerra app via Stripe, our secure billing provider.


Important - read before you start


Access to the billing portal is restricted to the email address that originally subscribed to Ocerra.

  • The login email must exactly match the email linked to the subscription

  • The Stripe login email is only sent to that email address

  • If you enter a different email, no email will be sent


Accessing the billing portal


Step 1. Go to the Billing Portal and enter the email address used to subscribe to Ocerra.
 (Other emails will not work.) 



Step 2. Open the email sent by Stripe to that same address and follow the link to access the billing portal. 


Step 3. View and update your billing details.
