Troubleshooting

In Ocerra, we protect our email server using industry-standard solutions:

SPF (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7208), DKIM (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/send-email-authentication-dkim.html) and SPAM and AV Filters (mid settings).

Our receiving SMTP server checks for reverse DNS settings as well. If your SMTP server is set up correctly, Ocerra will automatically receive emails. No whitelisting is required.

We're also checking for the original sender id in order to match with the supplier list. Please, include it as well in your SMTP headings.

You can read more about it here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/send-email-authentication-dkim.html

We suggest sending emails using the reputable SMTP Relay server: Sengrid, Gmail or Office365.
