Deactivating a user will remove their access to Ocerra. If you manage multiple companies, please ensure to deactivate user from each company if they had access to it.
To deactivate a user you should have either an accountant or supervisor role in Ocerra.
Deactivating a user
1. Select company name (if more manage more than one companies in Ocerra)
2. Navigate to Settings - Users
3. Select and click on the user that you want to deactivate
4. Disable isActive flag and click save
