Here's an example of missing net and tax amounts on the header level, we only have the total amount extracted from the document:
- To calculate the missing net and tax amounts, click on the "refresh" icon next to the GST field
- A drop-down menu with available tax codes in your system will be presented
- Select the relevant tax code - if you have more than one lines on the invoice: Ocerra will ask you:
"You have more than one line on this invoice. Do you want to combine into a single line?"
- Click Cancel and Save the document.
- Ensure you have the correct tax code selected on the line level
- Ensure GST inclusive check box is ticked if invoice lines are inclusive GST
