Overview

Learn how to process multiple page documents.

Ocerra shows only the first 10-pages of the imported document. If an invoice has more than 10-pages, you will see a message saying that "This document was truncated".

For example:

Usually, the most important data on the invoice is on the 1-2 pages but Ocerra will try to extract data from other pages. We recommend using "Clean" feature. It will summarise all the lines into one.

If summary data, e.g. Subtotal, GST and Total is on the other truncated page, you will have to treat this invoice as an exception. Please enter these data manually in Ocerra. For this, use download button from the More... menu to view missing information:

(!) Invoice documents with multiple pages (and images) may take a bit longer to display on the Ocerra invoice screen.
