Overview
- Learn how to train the system to summarise all the invoice lines into one.
In some situations you may not need to extract every single line from the invoice. In this scenario, you can quickly remove all the lines using the "Clean" function.
The clean function allows to clean all the lines from the invoice and summarise it into one line. It will calculate the net total on the line for you if it is on the document.
- Click "Clean" button
- Click "OK" to the pop up message
- Click "Annotate" if you want Ocerra to sum up lines into one next time
- Wait for the Annotation process to be completed to see the result
- If Total and Net amount is on the truncated pages, you will have to enter it manually
