Ocerra has a default dashboard designed to use along with automated approval module. It shows general information for the whole business apart from the "recent documents" dash; it shows recent documents per user.


Every approver will see this dashboard but they won't see all invoices. Recent documents will take them to their invoices in the approval workflow.


This dashboard can be customised - you can read more about it here. Also, this dashboard can be hidden if you are using Ocerra only for data extraction and automation.
