Ocerra will automatically tag invoices as Paid in Ocerra if you the payment term on the supplier settings are set to "direct debit".
You can also manually toggle button on the Paid invoice before exporting to your system.
For a security reasons, Ocerra tracks who viewed and updated invoices.
