To change password, click on your Account Icon, Select Settings then choose Change Password:
1. The system will ask you to type in your old password and create a new one.
2. Please take note of the following requirements to ensure your new password is secure:
- It must be a minimum of eight (8) characters in length.
- It must contain at least one (1) character from three (3) of the following categories: Uppercase letter (A-Z), Lowercase letter (a-z), Digit (0-9) and Special character (~`! ...@)
- Passwords can't contain your name or parts of it, login ID, email address, initials, first, middle or last name.
3. Re-enter the new password into the "Confirm Password" field, and then click on the "Update" button.
In the event that you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot Your Password" link. Enter your email address, and then click on the "Request Token" button.
A pop-up message will appear, asking you, "Are you sure you want to request a login token for [your email]?" Click "OK" to proceed.
Lastly, please check your email, and you should see a message similar to this one:
Go back to the login page, please fill in the code in the "Token" field provided. Afterward, you will be prompted to the password change screen.
Important! A token is a one-time generated code that will be sent to your email. It is a 6-digit number which you can use to reset your password. Please note that the token is valid for one login to Ocerra. |
Multiple Companies
If you manage more than one company, you don't need to update it for each company.
