New Parameters in Ocerra Purchase Orders Settings:
- GL Accounts and Tax Rates: We've added two new parameters, GL accounts and tax rates, which can be enabled at a global level for all templates.
- Enhanced Tax Display: When a tax is selected, it is displayed on the template, showing the applicable tax rate (e.g., 15% for GST).
- Cost and Amount Columns: A new column called "Cost" has been added to show the net amount (subtotal without tax). The "Amount" column displays the total amount including tax.
- Total Tax and Total Amount at Header Level: At the top of the header, we've added total tax and total amount fields to give a quick summary of the tax and overall total.
Additionally, net and total amount fields are now available at the bottom of the purchase order.
- Copy Icon for Purchase Order Lines: A convenient copy icon has been added at the end of each line, allowing users to easily duplicate purchase order lines.
- Copy from Prev. PO: When a supplier is selected on the Purchase Order, a "Copy from Prev. PO" option will appear. This feature is designed for recurring orders, allowing users to quickly copy details from previous purchase orders associated with the selected supplier.
