  • Understand how to change a workflow on the invoice


Ocerra offers the flexibility to change workflows for invoice approval to match your preferences. Whether you prefer a default workflow or your customised one, you can easily change it to align with your liking.


Follow these steps to check and change your workflow in the invoice:


1. Navigate to Invoices List and open an invoice that you need to update.


2. At the bottom of each invoice you will see a 'Workflow' option, and a 'More' drop-down menu. 

  • Click on 'Workflow,' and a pop-up will appear showing what workflow the invoice was set to follow:






3. Click the drop down button next to the workflow name, and

4. Select a workflow that you would like to change it to


Important: Once Workflow has been selected, click the Change button. The system will then ask 

“Are you sure you want to change workflow schema from … to …”, click Ok and make sure to save the changes otherwise workflow won’t change. 


Pop-up message will appear on the upper right side of the screen confirming changes done. 



Reminders when changing workflows:

  • Approval steps will change depending on how you set up your chosen workflow.
  • An automatic comment will display in the column field: 'Workflow schema has changed.'
