Overview


  • Workflow Conditions are designed to add mandatory attributes such as tax accounts or sub accounts on specified transitions.


For example, you may want to make tax account and subaccount as a required selection on the invoice lines for approvers.


Configuration steps

  • Navigate to Settings - Workflow - Select the workflow and open Transitions.
  • Click on the transition line and select required attributes such as tax account.
  • Click Save Changes.


In the workflow example below we made tax account and sub account mandatory for Submit transition by Accountant and Project code mandatory on Approve transition by Assign Employee 1:

When a transition requires an attribute on the line level and it is not added, a system will show an error message at the right top corner, e.g.:
