- How to add an internal note/comment on the document
Internal notes are helpful to review unpublished documents in Ocerra. You might have a reason for not approving or exporting document to your system.
To add an internal note option, go to Settings - General - Custom Fields.
Give your Tab a name, e.g.: Notes and enable it to show on the header level, column level and whether an approver can edit/add note:
On the document, you will see a new Tab "Notes" where you can type in the note:
This note is visible on the main invoice report list:
