There are a few API errors that you should be aware of.


1. When connecting Ocerra with MYOB, we are unable to sync data correctly due to Acumatica's API doesn't support/allow items codes or account numbers with this symbol "&" :

It is a known issue and as a workaround, we'll ask you to use "n" instead of "&", for example, you can update an item code to RnM format instead. It will resolve the issue.

2. Credit notes

Currently, MYOB doesn't allow us to attach a PDF file when exporting credit notes. Please attach it manually for now.
