To integrate with Xero, follow 4-steps outlined below.


Step 1: Go to app.ocerra.com and login using your email and password:


Step 2: In Ocerra go to Xero tab and click +Connect:


Step 3: Xero will ask you to allow access to Ocerra for 30 minutes:


Make sure you pick the right entity (organisation) to connect with Ocerra.


Ocerra supports multi-company AP invoice processing and intercompany transactions.


Step 4: Go back to Xero tab and Sync Chart of Accounts, Vendors/Suppliers, Payments and Purchase Orders:


Now, your integration setup is ready!


Please note, that Xero allows connection with Ocerra only for 30 minutes, so you will need to reconnect after that time, but you don’t need to sync everything all over again. Unless, you have added new supplier or changed GL codes in Xero.
